Bonus Point Rewards & Gift Redemption
All bonus point registration shall be made through Windsor mobile apps with machine-printed receipts*, together with member’s corresponding electronic payment (Credit Card/ EPS/ Octopus Card/Mobile Payment) receipts within 7 days after purchase. Every single dollar spent can be converted to bonus point (HK$1 is equal to 1 point) for rewards. Receipts that are not registered within 7 days after purchase will be regarded as invalid. Upon accumulating designated bonus points, members can redeem rewards prepared by Windsor! WINDSOR CLUB members must reserve the gifts via Windsor mobile apps in advance, and pick up at Windsor G/F Customer Service Centre in person.
